Well, with all of the Pokemon blue I've been re-playing recently, I was looking online for any good Pokemon Red/Blue Evolution charts, and to my surprise all I found were text-based ones!! So, I decided to get a big sheet of the original 151 Pokemon from Red and Blue and make a big chart detailing all of their evolutions and how to trigger them. Weather it's through the use of a Water Stone, a Moon Stone, a Player Trade, or just simply Leveling up, my chart tells you all you need to know...
