For me I'd have to say it's the soundtrack to the original Jet Set Radio on the Dreamcast. The sequal, Jet Set Radio Future, had some pretty awesome remixes of songs from the first game, as well as some cool new tracks too... but nothing beats the first game's soundtrack.
