Selling for as low as $90 may be tempting, and if you have no intent on playing on Xbox Live be my guest. But if you want to connect to Xbox Live, cheaper does not always mean good value in this case.
for some reason, I was under the impreion that modded xboxes have been getting banned from xbox live back from the original xbox days...

Still, if you're looking for a Jasper chip model, look into retail rather than any used xbox 360's.
