ReplyDeleteI think your taking a bit to much faith in a 3 second gameplay video...the fact that the term "episode 1" was used sends up the warning flags for me. The Sonic Cycle is always right and as it approaches release it will become worse and worse looking. Also Sonic is queer, and therefor irredeemable.

ReplyDeleteI'll be completely honest with how bad it is, and i'll still have a Sonic game thats ten times better than the last...4 games to play.
We'll see.
I'm not trying to dissuade you, I used to be a sonic fan myself, but then I learned to stop letting Sega take a dump in my face and eat it up happily as if it was good.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your not familiar with the sonic cycle, but I use it as a rule of thumb for these matters...and we are starting to shift from phase one to two, where the disappointments start to show up. They already have started with episodic content, lanky queer sonic, and some really bland looking stage art.
If were lucky it won't be terrible, maybe slightly less terrible, if it's actually good mind you, and not good by Ed standards but via community consensus I may reconsider and retract my statements...well except for sonic being gay, I have hard evidence...lol.
as for the we'll see...we'll see how long it takes Sega to finish screwing it up. Until then you just keep right on stroking Segas.....ego.Even if it's crap I'm sure you'll still think its the redeeming game. But what did I expect...Sonic fans love the taste of Sega shitting in their mouth
Meh, I haven't played a Sonic game since Sonic 2 and Sonic Rush Adventure, both good games. I've only recently played Sonic 1.

I thought you were joking about the queer thing with Sonic, but you seem pretty sure about it even though its completely wrong. Sure its possible when you believe it, but if we didn't believe it then it wouldn't be true

Additionally the sonic cycle is not something that affects you, it is a rule of thumb for sonic game titles that always hold true.
